Fairytale anyone?

Looking through an issue of Scarlet magazine I came across this gorgeous section on corsets. I love this image. The lingerie is so quirky and playful. What really makes it stand out and be different is the setting of the image. The black and white drawing in the background contrasts so well with the photograph. The Hanzel and Gretal story works successfully with the dream-like underwear. Nice one Scarlet.

It feels good to be able to relax and go to sleep at 2.30am. At the minute I seem to have a habit of getting into doing work in the evening and then getting so absorbed that I work through the night, as i just cant stop until I've done everything that I want to do and then extra.

Last night I stayed in the computer room til 4am completing all my practical work. Daisy's singing and crazy laughing, along with a large domino's pizza kept me going. Cheers petal.

"It is better to be looked over than overlooked" - Mae West

Looking through my new book on Burlesque (more specifically on Dita Von Teese, who is absolutely amazing i have to say) i came across this quote by the famous Burlesque star Mae West. It's such a great saying to live by. I love her way of saying 'take a risk'. It reminds me that putting yourself out there is the best way to go. What is life without taking risks? better to do something and get it wrong then never have the guts to do it at all.
